This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and affordable, especially considering the excellent location near the Madrisa ski area. The staff are attentive and provide a good level of service. The basic amenities, such as soap and shampoo in the bathroom, are provided and the rooms with balconies offer a nice touch. The breakfast is enjoyable, with tasty homemade Bircher muesli and jams.
No negatives to mention, everything was satisfactory.

price-performance OK (except drinks, see below), well located, parking in front of the door
A little old-fashioned. Excessive drink prices at self-service bar. 2xCola. 1xbeer + 1 bottle of normal wine = 57CHF. does not suit the level of the house. Also the prices are nowhere, the surprise comes at the end!

The location of the hotel in connection with public transport is top.
Too bad there is no mineral water in the room. Should be included in this room price. Breakfast buffet is no longer optimal half an hour before the end. (but did not affect us). Too few parking spaces

Good location for ski buses & trains
Hotel brochure said dinner was until 21.00 but factually this was 20.00 and it was clear the staff wanted guests in the dinning room by 19.30. I was 'encouraged' to leave the bar by this time. English translation of diner menu would have been appreciated, albeit I appreciate I was a guest in their Country! Klosters Dorf has few facilities, especially bars, and no atmosphere whatsoever.
